Peoples 1% Training is more than just developing football skills. It was formed to create a love and pride for your craft, passion for the things we do in our every day lives, and build a purpose of why we play.
This training program was was established by Camerun Peoples in 2025. A former NFL Running back who has dedicated his life to serving his community by helping the youth develop their skills, perform at an elite level, and chase their dreams of playing at the NEXT LEVEL.
Our mission is simple: “Get 1% better each & everyday”. Everyday we set foot on the field is an opportunity to become a better athlete than we were the day before. Our hard work produces great on-field results, and instills a work like no other mindset in all of our athletes.
